I am a Clinical Mental Health Counselor that with adults and couples navigating stress, identity, relationships, fatherhood, life transitions, emotional pressure, and the challenge of putting difficult experiences into words. My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in genuine curiosity about what it feels like to be you—not just how things appear from the outside. Together, we can slow things down, recognize patterns, and make sense of what may feel confusing, heavy, or difficult to explain. I bring a systems-informed perspective shaped by my background in mental health counseling, public policy, restorative justice, and behavioral health. I am especially interested in supporting men, youth, and couples who want a space to think openly about who they are, how they relate to others, and what they want to change.
