I chose counseling because I care about helping people feel understood and find a way forward when life feels heavy. To me, this work is more than a job; it is a vocation that I approach with humility, curiosity, and respect for each person’s story. I work with people experiencing anxiety, depression, and difficult life changes. My approach is person-centered, which means I want to understand what life feels like from your perspective and work at a pace that feels right for you. I also use cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help make sense of how thoughts, feelings, and actions can affect one another, and to practice practical ways of responding to challenges. Therapy does not require you to have everything figured out before you begin. We can start with what feels most important to you and take it one step at a time. Get in touch for a no-cost 15-minute consult. Sessions are $200, with instant availability. Arabic services are also available.
