Introduction

In my work as a relationship and family therapist, I strive to create a space where you feel fully seen and accepted, honoring the diversity of human experience, including sexuality, gender, and relationships in all their beautiful forms. Grounded in humanistic, queer, feminist, abolitionist, and liberation psychology perspectives, I help individuals, partnerships, and families examine and transform patterns, communicate more openly and lovingly, and strengthen their relationships in meaningful and authentic ways. My therapeutic approach is rooted in the belief that healing happens not just on an individual level but within the broader context of our social systems. Through an abolitionist lens, I challenge oppressive structures that may shape our lives and relationships, working with clients to dismantle internalized systems of control, hierarchy, and violence. Liberation psychology informs my commitment to addressing the systemic roots of suffering, including racism, sexism, transphobia, and other forms of oppression, helping you move toward personal and collective freedom. Therapy with me is deeply collaborative. I work alongside clients to explore how societal norms, trans-generational patterns, and personal histories—especially trauma—intersect and influence your experience. Together, we identify and remove barriers that interfere with living your unique definition of a healthy, liberated life. I believe that effective care combines the practical and the radical. This includes using specific therapeutic techniques while recognizing the importance of human connection, activism, and a commitment to social justice. My practice also integrates holistic, spiritual, and energetic practices that honor the interconnectedness of the mind, body, and spirit, supporting your growth and healing on all levels.
