If you want to keep things light at first, we can. Once you feel ready, I’ll gently help you go deeper and explore the blind spots that may be keeping you stuck. My goal is for our sessions to feel honest, open, and supportive — so you leave each one feeling clearer, lighter, and more connected to yourself.
