My name is Jacqueline "Jackie" Guillen Botello, I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor dedicated to helping individuals feel seen, heard, and supported throughout their mental health journey. I work with clients navigating a range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues. I offer a compassionate, grounding presence and creates a safe space where clients can process, heal, and grow. I earned both a Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Education in Counseling from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. My dual background in social work and counseling allows her to approach therapy from a holistic and culturally sensitive lens, honoring each client’s unique story and strengths. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth, rooted in the belief that healing begins with connection and trust. I integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual’s needs, always prioritizing emotional safety and empowerment. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of space to breathe, I am committed to walking alongside them with empathy and care—helping clients reconnect with themselves and move toward a more fulfilling, balanced life.
