Whether I’m working with a child learning to navigate big emotions or an adult seeking clarity and emotional balance, I approach each client with compassion, curiosity, and a genuine commitment to understanding their unique experiences. With specialized training in play therapy, I use techniques to help children communicate, build emotional regulation, and confidence. I work with clients of all ages facing anxiety, emotional and behavioral challenges, difficulty regulating emotions, family conflict, and caregivers wanting to better understand their child’s emotional needs. I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Southern New Hampshire University and have completed all educational requirements toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist (RPT). My focus is on helping individuals feel more grounded, connected, and capable—regardless of age.
