Jackie is a Registered Mental Health Counseling Intern with more than 15 years of experience helping adolescents and adults heal from trauma and navigate anxiety, depression, OCD, grief, and the lasting effects of sexual assault. Beginning her work in trauma in 2008, Jackie brings a compassionate, collaborative approach that recognizes each client’s unique story, strengths, and capacity for growth. Jackie believes that healing happens in a space where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and emotionally safe. She strives to create a warm, nonjudgmental environment where clients can process difficult experiences, better understand themselves, and move toward lasting change with confidence and hope. Her therapeutic approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and clinical hypnotherapy to help clients uncover the root of emotional struggles while developing practical tools for everyday life. As a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Jackie frequently incorporates hypnosis into treatment for trauma and anxiety, helping clients reduce distress, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change. She is committed to providing thoughtful, individualized care that empowers clients to heal, grow, and live more fully.
