Introduction

My holistic therapy approach supports clients navigating love and relationships including dating, breakups, divorce, co-parenting, as well as major life transitions and career/work life exploration. Clients often come to therapy struggling with stress, anxiety, depression, burnout, overwhelm, people-pleasing, boundary setting, self-doubt, difficulty communicating their needs or wanting assistance on how to better approach conflict resolution. My work is grounded in a depth psychology orientation, which considers that unconscious beliefs, attitudes, and self-defeating patterns influence emotional well-being and relationships and the most important relationship of all — the relationship with yourself. My approach is attachment-based, trauma-informed, warm, and collaborative. I bring many years and over 4,000 hours of experience as a Life Coach to support clients which informs how my therapy practice in helping clients both heal the past and consciously shape their future. I have a natural ability to uncover where someone feels stuck or blocked and to gently guide them toward insight and clarity. Therapy is a collaborative process where we explore root causes, practice effective communication, clarify values, and create meaningful, sustainable change. My path to becoming a psychotherapist has been shaped by lived experience—as a mother, partner, entrepreneur, artist, meditator, traveler, and breathwork facilitator. Along the way, I have studied both Eastern and Western philosophies and spiritual traditions, including breathwork, Quantum Healing Hypnotherapy, Neurolinguistic Programming and will soon be offering EMDR. Through a life of introspection and self-discovery, I have developed deep compassion and respect for the inner worlds of others. I believe that healing can be both profound and gentle, and that playfulness and lightness are sometimes just as essential as depth. In our work together, my hope is to help you see the beauty in who you are and to offer the unconditional acceptance that supports lasting change. I provide in-person therapy for individuals and couples in Boulder, Colorado and online therapy throughout Colorado.
