Hello, I'm Jackie Tellez, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and create meaningful change. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitative Services from the University of Texas–Pan American and my Master of Science in Clinical Rehabilitation Counseling from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. I strive to provide a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and understood. I specialize in women's mental health and enjoy helping clients work through anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative and strength-based, focusing on helping you recognize your resilience, develop effective coping strategies, and move toward a more fulfilling life.
