Jacqueline Wright (she/her) is an integrative psychotherapist and art therapist in Boulder, Colorado. She supports teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, perfectionism, relationship challenges, grief, trauma, and neurodivergence, as well as life transitions and personal growth. Through conversation, creative expression, and mindful reflection, she guides clients in moving beyond coping toward greater authenticity, self-trust, and emotional well-being. Her approach blends traditional talk therapy with imaginal and experiential practices. She is rooted in the belief that healing is not only something we think our way through, but something we feel, notice, and gradually come into relationship with over time. Jacqueline offers a steady, grounded presence where clients can slow down enough to hear themselves more clearly. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected from yourself, or moving through a difficult season, she provides attentive guidance as you explore what you're carrying and what comes next. At the heart of her practice is a guiding intention: to help people feel more at home within themselves.
