My path to becoming a therapist began when I made the decision to start college at 38 years old, guided by both lived experience and a deep commitment to personal growth and healing. That journey gave me a unique perspective on resilience, change, and the courage it takes to seek support during difficult seasons of life. I bring that perspective into my work with clients in a professional, compassionate, and nonjudgmental way. I believe therapy is most effective when clients feel genuinely seen, safe, and understood. My approach is warm, collaborative, and trauma-informed, integrating evidence-based practices such as CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and parts work while tailoring treatment to each individual’s needs. I work with children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, trauma, relationship challenges, grief, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm. My goal is to help clients build insight, strengthen emotional resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change while feeling supported throughout the process.
