Introduction

By helping clients to develop insight and positive coping skills to navigate life’s unknowns, I hope to empower clients to live authentic and fulfilling lives. We will explore and understand historic events, develop insight and new skills to manage and move through areas holding you back. I work with adults of all ages and teens in addressing ADHD, Anxiety, Divorce, Trauma and Midlife Transitions. Modalities, such as, CBT and DBT are commonly used to help shift perspective and refocus on opportunities for growth.
