Since 2008, I have been dedicated to supporting children, adolescents, families, and adults through life’s challenges. My experience includes working with child and adolescent mental health, trauma, and family dynamics, with a particular focus on supporting foster and adoptive youth and their families. I am trained in several therapeutic approaches, including Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT), Child-Centered Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Person-Centered Therapy and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) These approaches allow me to tailor treatment to meet each client’s unique needs. In addition to working with children and families, I support adults in managing stress, navigating life transitions, and working toward becoming the best version of themselves. I believe in the power of empathy, connection, and resilience to help individuals and families create meaningful and lasting positive change.
