My journey into this work has been shaped by both personal experiences and professional growth. Like many parents, I’ve walked through seasons of grief, trial and error, frustration, and—most importantly—self-compassion. These moments deepened my understanding of how much mental health support families need and deserve. For over 10 years, I’ve had the privilege of serving children and families as a social worker. After becoming a mother myself, my passion for helping children thrive only grew stronger. I have completed extensive training in child-centered play therapy along with other therapeutic approaches, always with the goal of meeting each child where they are. I believe every child holds within them the capacity to grow, heal, and flourish when given the right support. My role is to provide a safe, nurturing space where children can express themselves freely and families feel truly seen and supported. My hope is to walk alongside families as their children develop into healthy, resilient teens and adults—equipped not just to cope, but to shine.
