Healing Begins With You. Life isn't always easy. Sometimes you may feel overwhelmed, anxious, sad, or simply exhausted from trying to hold everything together. Maybe you're experiencing grief, relationship difficulties, family conflict, or unexpected life changes. You may not even know exactly what's wrong—you just know something doesn't feel right. You don't have to figure everything out alone. Everyone deserves a safe place to talk, feel heard, and be understood without judgment. Sometimes, saying "I'm not okay" is the first step toward healing. With over 18 years of experience as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I've had the privilege of helping children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigate life's challenges. My approach is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a genuine conversation where you can be yourself. Together, we'll explore what's weighing on you, recognize your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and work toward meaningful changes that support your emotional well-being. Taking the first step toward therapy isn't always easy, and that's okay. You don't need to have all the answers or know exactly what to say. Just come as you are. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you feel respected, understood, and encouraged. Healing takes time, and every small step.
