As a Black queer woman, I know that we juggle so much in life from family, relationships, career, and societal expectations. Especially if you are someone who is navigating major life changes like the postpartum period, parenthood, and shifts in your relationship, and overall identity, life moves fast and things can change without warning. This can lead to anxiety, worry, and crippling fear. When it all begins to feel too much, I have found that all individuals who feel this way just need a safe place to let it all out. My goal is to support you along your journey and help empower positive transformations. Therapy can be a place to pause, breathe, and begin making sense of what you’re carrying. I work with individuals navigating general anxiety, depression, trauma, and major life transitions, with a special focus on women’s issues. I also support new, expecting, and intended parents and LGBTQIA+ experiences. Therapy with me isn't about having all the answers; it's about creating a space to meet yourself honestly and courageously in whatever phase of life you're in. It's a place to be held, seen, and strengthened. Whether you're rediscovering parts of yourself, navigating life transitions, or wanting to make changes, I'm here to walk with you through it.
