My name is Jada Rasheed and I believe meaningful change happens through connection, curiosity, and collaboration. I work with individuals, couples, teens, and adults who are navigating life transitions, identity exploration, relationship challenges, or simply feeling ready for something different. My journey into therapy was shaped not only by education—I hold a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University—but also by lived experience and a deep respect for each person’s story. I understand that change is inevitable, and you don’t have to face it alone. Therapy doesn’t require you to have all the answers; it’s a space where you get to show up exactly as you are. My approach is collaborative and systemic, drawing from narrative and solution-focused therapies. Together, we look at the bigger picture—relationships, patterns, values, and environment—while also focusing on practical, meaningful steps forward. Therapy with me is a partnership: you bring your experiences and goals, and we work together toward clarity, insight, and movement. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just curious about what’s next, therapy can be a powerful place to pause, reflect, and grow. This space isn’t about fixing you—it’s about supporting you as you move toward the life you want to live.
