Hello! I'm Jadd. I am a married father of two who transitioned to mental healthcare after a first career spent as a singer and theatre artist (I still teach voice lessons). I offer a warm, dynamic and playful space to process and explore your challenges and hopes. Sometimes simply sharing space with a kind human can be deeply healing. Other times, rigorous exploration of behaviors may be more up your alley. It is my privilege to learn what makes you tick and help unlock your healing journey in a manner that centers your unique person and life experiences. My go-to therapeutic approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), though I also incorporate components of traditional CBT, DBT and Expressive Art Therapy when appropriate.
