I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in work with adolescents, young adults, and couples. My approach is warm, collaborative, and affirming—I strive to create a safe space where clients feel supported in exploring their identities, relationships, and life challenges. I am especially passionate about helping adolescents and young adults navigate the often complex transitions of these life stages. Whether you're dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem issues, identity exploration, academic stress, or relationship concerns, I offer a grounded and compassionate space to support growth and healing. My work centers on empowerment and self-discovery, helping individuals build confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. In addition to my individual work, I deeply value supporting couples in strengthening their relationships. I work with partners to improve communication, rebuild trust, navigate conflict, and foster deeper emotional connection. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Attachment-Based Therapy, and other relational approaches, I help couples better understand one another and move toward more secure, connected partnerships—whether they’re navigating new beginnings, long-term patterns, or significant transitions. My practice is grounded in a psychodynamic perspective, exploring how past experiences and unconscious patterns shape current thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. I also incorporate a variety of evidence-based modalities including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), IFS (Internal Family Systems)-informed therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, EMDR, and always take a Strengths-Based and Gender-Affirming approach. I recognize the importance of intersectional identities and strive to provide culturally sensitive, inclusive, and gender-affirming care to clients of all backgrounds.
