Therapy for ADHD, autism & anxiety can be especially helpful when you know something isn't working, but you're not quite sure why. You might feel overwhelmed, anxious, burned out, or frustrated by things that seem like they should be easier. I especially enjoy working with neurodivergent men and women with ADHD or autism who want to better understand themselves, navigate relationships, and figure out what works for them rather than trying to fit someone else's expectations. I also work with people navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief, and life transitions, as well as couples working through relationship concerns. I don't believe therapy should feel like checking boxes or completing a list of things to fix. We'll slow things down, get curious about what's underneath the surface, and work together to understand what's getting in the way. I draw from evidence-based practices while tailoring our work to you, your goals, and what actually feels useful for you. I bring a neurodiversity-affirming lens to my work, recognizing that ADHD, autism, and anxiety show up differently for each person. I specialize in supporting individuals and couples navigating these experiences, working with young adults, adults, and older adults. Whether you're seeking individual therapy or couples counseling, you are welcome to email me with any questions, or to set up a free 15-minute consultation call.
