Introduction

I graduated from Walden University with a Master's degree in clinical mental health counseling in 05/2024. My first year in practice I worked for Trauma Treatment Center where I learned various trauma focused modalities that I currently use in my practice today, including EMDR, CPT, and TF-CBT. I use a person-centered approach and believe that clients have the capacity for self-healing and growth when provided with a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.
