I specialize in supporting women, couples and families through life’s many transitions—from the tender, disorienting months after becoming a mother/parents to the complex changes of perimenopause and menopause. These seasons often bring a mix of emotions: joy and loss, strength and exhaustion, clarity and confusion. My goal is to offer a space where every part of your experience is welcome and held with compassion. A significant part of my work is walking with women and families through grief and loss—whether it’s the heartbreak of perinatal or infant loss, the quiet grief that can come with identity changes, or the deep sorrow of losing someone close.I believe that grief deserves gentle attention and that healing begins when we can share our stories without judgment. I offer a therapy space that is reflective, collaborative, and non-judgmental. I use a client centered approach to ensure that each of my clients feels respected, understood, valued, and accepted. I am passionate about walking alongside my clients as they seek growth, create happiness and balance in life.
