Introduction

I believe therapy should be a space where you feel genuinely understood, while also being challenged in ways that help you grow. My approach is warm, direct, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that understanding why we think, feel, and respond the way we do can create meaningful and lasting change. I work with individuals and couples navigating anxiety, Panic Disorder, OCD, relationship concerns, life transitions, and patterns that leave them feeling stuck or disconnected. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I draw from evidence-based and relational approaches to tailor our work to your needs, while creating a space where you can show up honestly and without judgment. As a bilingual therapist, I provide therapy in both English and Spanish and value creating a culturally responsive space where the different parts of your identity, relationships, and experiences are welcomed into the work.
