I bring more than a decade of experience across nursing and counseling, working with people at every stage of life—from children and teens to adults and elders. My background in long-term care, hospice support, and pediatric nursing has deepened my understanding of how life's most challenging moments affect entire families. I work with individuals, couples, and families, drawing on multiple evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing to address anxiety, depression, and trauma. I believe genuine healing happens when we're willing to be open to each other's perspectives and insights. That openness—combined with practical tools and compassionate presence—is at the heart of my work. I'm currently accepting new clients and offer both in-person and telehealth sessions. I accept Medicaid and private pay.
