Jae is a Naropa University-trained somatic & psychedelic-assisted psychotherapist who specializes in supporting folks navigating complex relational & generational trauma, career burnout, neurodivergence ("ADHD", "BPD", autism, etc.), multicultural/gender/sexual identity explorations, and more. He offers a collaborative & strengths-based approach to help clients connect with their innate bodily wisdom. Through embodiment exercises and relational mindfulness, clients learn to notice patterns, work with dysregulation, and build new ways of responding to life. By harmonizing thought, speech, emotion, breath, and sensations, clients may uncover and amplify their potential to align values & action; to show up in relationship with themselves, others, and the world in ways that feel empowering, regenerative, and dignified. Jae is primarily of Southern Italian ancestry by way of NYC. He loves to learn & practice music via classical guitar, move through yoga asana, dance, & acrobatics, engage with language & cultural exchange during long-term travel, and lay on the floor for a long afternoon risposo/siesta.
