Introduction

I've walked a difficult path myself—one that taught me compassion for people facing struggles others often judge harshly. That's why I'm committed to helping individuals find the peace and understanding they deserve, especially those navigating addiction, trauma, and the complex interplay between them. As a counselor trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, I draw on multiple evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Christian counseling to meet you where you are. Whether you're working through substance use, processing trauma, managing anger, or addressing comorbid conditions, I'm here to support your healing without judgment. I work with young adults and adults, offering both telehealth and in-person sessions. I'm currently accepting new clients and would be honored to help you discover the freedom and wholeness you're seeking.
