Whether you are struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, past trauma, or navigating a major life transition, I’m here to help you understand yourself with more clarity and self-compassion. My approach is grounded in the belief that people are more than a diagnosis. I work from a perspective that focuses on understanding your unique story rather than reducing it to symptoms or labels. My practice is informed by over 12 years of experience as a physician assistant. I have additional post-graduate training in behavioral medicine (mindfulness, hypnotherapy, stress management), Gestalt therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I enjoy working with college students, healthcare professionals, LGBTQ+ individuals, folks exploring identity, and those healing from past wounds. Together, we can explore the deeper patterns that may be getting in your way and move toward a more grounded, meaningful way of living. As a pre-licensed mental health counselor, I am working under the supervision of Ines P. Louis, LMHC.
