As a Therapist Intern, I bring a warm, compassionate, and nonjudgmental presence to the therapeutic relationship. I believe one of the most important parts of therapy is feeling truly heard and understood. My natural empathy and finely tuned awareness allow me to notice the emotions and experiences that may be difficult to put into words. My life experiences have given me a deep appreciation for the many different paths people take and the challenges that can shape who we become. I believe that our experiences—even the painful ones—can provide opportunities for greater self-understanding, growth, and resilience. I enjoy working with individuals who may be navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, emotional overwhelm, or simply feeling stuck and unsure of what comes next. I especially value working with highly sensitive individuals who may have spent years feeling misunderstood or believing they need to change who they are to fit into the world around them. My approach is collaborative and person-centered. Rather than telling you who you should be, I want to help you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, develop healthier boundaries, and create a life that feels more authentic and meaningful to you.
