Introduction

I specialize in working with children and teens navigating autism, ADHD, anxiety, and behavioral challenges. If your child or teen is struggling with emotional regulation, social navigation, school stress, or feeling misunderstood, you're not alone and support is available. I work closely with parents, school, and other professionals to create consistency and meaningful progress across environments. Treatment may focus on emotional regulation, social navigation, anxiety management, and improving daily functioning at home and school. My approach is strength-based, neurodiversity-affirming, and grounded in mindfulness. I help children build confidence, strengthen coping skills, and better understand themselves in an empowering way. With younger children, I use play therapy to support expression; with teens I focus on insight, identity, and practical strategies for everyday use. My goal is to create a supportive, engaging environment where children and teens can build skills, confidence, and resilience. Together, we'll focus on helping your child feel more confident, capable, and understood.
