Introduction

I work with teens, adults, couples, and families across Michigan navigating family conflict, life transitions, depression, anxiety, and stress. If you're feeling stuck, struggling in your relationships, or noticing patterns that keep getting in the way, you're in the right place. I meet you where you are, no judgment, no pressure, just a space to slow down, make sense of what's going on, and start moving forward. I specialize in REBT and person-centered therapy, which means we work on challenging the thoughts and beliefs that are keeping you stuck while making sure you feel heard throughout the process. Reaching out is hard, and I know it takes a lot to even get to this point. Whatever you're dealing with, you don't have to figure it out alone. I'm here, and there's no judgment in this space.
