Using a developmental trauma lens, I teach families how to regulate from the inside out. This isn’t about managing your kid’s behavior. That will come. It’s about helping them feel safe enough to show up. And helping you feel steady enough to lead with presence and not pressure. Healing doesn’t have to take years.
