Introduction

and I'm really glad you're here. I’m a pre-licensed marriage and family therapist specializing in helping individuals and couples heal and grow from trauma. My hope in our work together is that you will feel seen, safe, and free to take up space in the world. I work with people who’ve been hurt in community — by family, religion, culture, or systems of oppression — and help them heal in community, too. Whether you’re an LGBTQIA+ person navigating religious trauma, an artist facing burnout and perfectionism, or a sensitive soul learning to set boundaries and honor your truth, this is a space for you to come home to yourself. My approach blends somatic and experiential therapies like Brainspotting and psychodrama with a deep respect for creativity, spirituality, and laughter. This isn’t a sterile space — it’s cozy, curious, and full of possibility. Healing takes time, but you don’t have to do it alone.
