Introduction

My work is about helping people reconnect with themselves and rediscover what peace can look like in their lives. I create space for deep reflection, honest conversation, and meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating the weight of past experiences, dealing with stress, or trying to find your way through life transitions, our work together is about building understanding and reclaiming peace. Over the years, I have worked closely with youth, families, and adults whose lives have been shaped by trauma and systemic barriers. My ongoing doctoral research explores how trauma and social systems impact the mental health of the Black community, which has deepened my commitment to helping people heal in ways that honor both their personal stories and the larger contexts they exist within. My approach is rooted in compassion, cultural awareness, and a belief that healing is not only possible but transformative. I work to help individuals strengthen emotional resilience, challenge patterns that no longer serve them, and build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Therapy with me is not just about talking; it is about transformation. Together, we will unpack the stories that shape you and create new pathways toward balance, clarity, and self-understanding. If you are ready to pause, reflect, and begin healing, I am here to walk that path with you.
