Introduction

Hello and welcome to Human | Nature: Psychotherapy. If you are reading this, you have already the courage needed to take a huge step toward yourself. I specialize in working with men through issues that many, if not most, men face in today's society. The stresses of trying to make enough money, be the best at your job, be the a good spouse and father, have enough time for yourself.... Wow! This is a lot. Anxiety, overwhelm, depression, shutdown. People can be controlled by past abuse and trauma so much that they just don't know why they keep repeating the same behaviors no matter how badly they want to change. Without support we turn to addictions, alcohol, drugs, gambling, porn or maybe just isolation. We become lonely in a crowded room. Resort to anger and abuse toward ourselves. Hurt the people we love most. We just don't know what to do or even who we are any longer. Is this you? Is this someone you know? My name is James J. Jasinski, and you will get to know me as Jamie. I am a Licenced Professional Counselor in the State of Colorado. What you will experience through individual or group sessions with me is creative and innovative approach to psychotherapy. I actively blend Gestalt (IFS), EMDR, Active Imagination / Inner Archetypal / Dreamwork (Jungian-based), DBT, and guide a client through reflection. In a session with me you will find a place that is safe, confidential, and welcoming. You can put down the shame and armor and heal. You are a strong and powerful loving person. Don't believe me? Then it is time to come home to unshakable emotional regulation, recovery from trauma and addiction, and truly being okay with... You. You can expect to be challenged with compassion, be treated like a person (not a client), and change within yourself. I spend time in nature, on the river, being a father, riding my motorcycles, and doing my own Self-loving work. If any of this sounds good to you, just give me a call. I offer a free consultation.
