Introduction

We all have chapters where the ways we’ve navigated life just don't seem to work anymore. When personal challenges, internal struggles, or daily pressures start taking over, it’s easy to feel divided—like there’s a constant battle between the version of you trying to move forward and the part that feels completely stuck. I provide supportive and practical therapy in Massachusetts for individuals who want to look honestly at what's causing distress in their lives and move toward resolving it. We don't focus on unachievable perfection; we focus on the small, consistent choices that help you find your footing and reclaim your peace. As a dually licensed clinician (LICSW and LCADC), my approach balances genuine insight with real-world application. Drawing from my experience across inpatient psychiatric care, intensive outpatient, and educational settings, I partner with you to untangle the patterns getting in your way and support you as you take steps toward meaningful change. The most important factor for success in therapy is the relationship you have with your therapist. I'm committed to holding a safe and hopeful space for my clients and bring a warm presence and a healthy appreciation of humor to the work. I welcome you to contact me to discuss your needs, and to get a sense of whether I might be the right therapist for you.
