If you've ever felt like the spaces meant to support you weren't really built with you in mind, I’ve shared that feeling and it’s why I work to offer something different. I'm a Black, Latino, queer, and neurodivergent therapist based in NYC. As a biracial person with my own experience in kink education, sex work, and polyamory, I bring both professional training and personal understanding to this work. My background in higher education shapes how I think about power: who holds it, how it moves through systems, and how it shows up in our closest relationships. Drawing on Black feminist thought, I help clients make sense of their lives within those larger structures, not apart from them. With training from the Ackerman Institute for the Family, I specialize in relationships that involve communicating across social and cultural differences. I often work with clients in relationship structures that haven't been understood: chosen family, non-monogamy, Relationship Anarchy, and consensual power exchange. I also support individual clients, particularly with identity exploration, intergenerational trauma, unmasking, kink and BDSM, and healing from intimate partner violence. My approach is trauma-informed, abolitionist, and affirming of neurodivergence and disability. I draw on relational, systems, and attachment frameworks; but what guides me most is building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, collaboration, and curiosity without judgment. I believe real growth becomes possible when you feel genuinely safe.
