Pre-Licensed Professional · M.A. in Counseling, Adams State University I work with adults and young adults navigating anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, and self-esteem. Many of the people I work with simply feel that something in life is not working the way they want it to. My approach is warm, collaborative, and curious. I draw from person-centered, existential, and cognitive-behavioral approaches, with an emphasis on helping you slow down, notice what is happening beneath the surface, and make sense of the patterns shaping your experience. I believe therapy works best when it feels like a genuine, purposeful conversation. My role is not to tell you how to live your life, but to help you explore what matters to you, get to know yourself more deeply, and move toward changes that feel meaningful and realistic. I am especially interested in working with people who feel stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what comes next, or who simply know that something needs to change even if they cannot yet name exactly what. As a counseling intern at The Rose Institute, I offer telehealth appointments throughout Colorado under the clinical supervision of Dr. Mary Dohrmann. I am currently accepting new clients, and if you are wondering whether we might be a good fit, I would be happy to connect.
