I believe meaningful change begins with understanding how your brain works—not judging it. As a marriage and family therapist, I specialize in supporting adults navigating ADHD whether it is late diagnosis or none at all. Adult ADHD is about far more than attention, it influences emotions, relationships, motivation, and self-confidence. My approach is collaborative and grounded in neuroscience, helping you understand yourself, strengthen executive functioning, and build practical strategies aligned with your values. I draw from evidence-based methods including EMDR, CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and attachment-informed approaches to create lasting change. My goal isn't to change who you are—it's to help you take the driver's seat of your life with greater confidence and clarity. I work with young adults, adults, and elders via telehealth, and I'm currently accepting new clients. If you're ready to discuss a partnership , I'd welcome the opportunity to speak with you about next steps.
