Introduction

Feeling overwhelmed, anxious, depressed, or stuck? Whether you're navigating relationship challenges, grief, caregiver stress, life transitions, or simply feeling like you're not where you want to be, therapy can help. You don't have to face those challenges alone. Together, we'll work to better understand what's happening, build practical coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change. I provide a collaborative, supportive, and practical approach to therapy, helping clients gain insight, develop effective coping strategies and make meaningful progress toward the life they want. I primarily use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy while tailoring treatment to each client's unique needs and goals. I have experience working with adults across the lifespan in outpatient and community mental health settings. Whether you're seeking support during a difficult time or looking to make lasting changes, I'd be happy to talk with you about whether we're a good fit.
