So glad you're here. My name is Jami Evans, LMFT. I graduated from Friends University in 2019, since getting licensed I have worked with troubled youth and their families along with working in community mental health. I work with adolescents, adults, couples, and families whom have experienced depression, anxiety, trauma, mood disorders, addiction, infidelity, and separation. Approaches I integrate are CBT, MI, Emotion Focused, Attachment and Trauma informed, Gottman, and ART. Creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel supported, respected, and empowered. We work together collaboratively, compassionately, and practically. The goal is to help you gain insight, develop effective coping tools, and move towards lasting emotional well-being.
