I am here to partner alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life's inevitable highs and lows. I provide compassionate, person-centered talk therapy. Art therapy is for everyone! You don't have to have any special skills or talent, and you don’t have to be a self-proclaimed artist to enjoy the benefits of creative expression. Research shows that simply playing with art materials can significantly reduce stress hormones and help people express themselves. I'm originally from Denver, and I made my way to Seattle in 2010. Previously I worked in horticulture, gardening, and floral design. I love to create large-scale murals.
