I am a Christian therapist who feels called to walk alongside individuals, children, couples, and families as they pursue healing, growth, and restoration. I thoughtfully incorporate each client’s spiritual life into the counseling process when desired, believing that connection and compassion are powerful foundations for lasting transformation. I am currently practicing under clinical supervision as I complete the required hours for licensure. I earned my Bachelor of Social Work from St. Catherine's University, with minors in Chemical Dependency Counseling and Social Services Management, and my Master of Social Work from Grand Canyon University. I have experience supporting children, teens, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. As a Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC), I bring specialized expertise in addiction and recovery support. I am also a Certified Prepare/Enrich facilitator, helpingcouples strengthen communication and prepare for healthy relationships. My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths-based care, and trauma-informed techniques. I integrate spirituality into the therapeutic process at the client’s request, honoring eachperson’s unique journey.
