Many of my clients come to therapy hoping to find freedom in these areas—and to feel more at ease, more understood, and more themselves. I bring an empathic and open-minded lens to each session. I strive to create a safe space for everyone to share their lived experiences, process trauma, grieve losses, and discover glimmers of hope in each day, while building pathways toward healing, growth, and deeper connection with yourself and others.
