Introduction

Let's work together to expand the connection to yourself and to others in your life through the combination of insight, inner healing, and functional skill building. I see the therapeutic process as relationally dynamic and collaborative- and my hope is that you will feel seen and compassionately known by me; and that our insights together will bring empowerment, kindness, clarity, and integrity to your life so as to magnify your impact on the world by how you relate to/within it. I utilize a variety of modalities, trainings, and life experience and aim to personalize our work together to suit your unique needs and personality. After nearly 14 years, I still love being a therapist because of my clients. I primarily work with queer folks, and I am always delighted to connect with anyone who wants greater freedom. I specialize in working with all types of relationship structures and issues, emotional healing and integration, as well as practical behavioral insights and interventions. Many years of clinical training, experience, and personal healing have served to ground me in an authentic posture of hopefulness. I believe you will experience warmth, humor, radical acceptance, positivity, hopefulness, and strength in your therapeutic relationship with me. - Tip-You will get a faster response emailing me instead of reaching out by phone :)
