Jamie Marks (they/them) is committed to providing quality care to individuals of all identities, couples, and families. They are trained in trauma counseling and LGBTQIA+ affirming counseling. They utilize person-centered techniques that honor the inherent complexity of life while navigating systems of power and privilege. Therapy with Jamie will move at your pace, and will honor you as the expert in your own experience. This collaborative venture will be a mutual investment, and Jamie is honored to walk beside clients on their journeys. Jamie is a graduate student counselor intern currently completing their Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Antioch University Seattle. They are currently under the supervision of Cory Wilson, MS, LMFT. They earned their Bachelor’s degree in English and Graphic Design from Washington State University in 2017, with a specialization in professional writing. Before becoming a therapist, they worked as a graphic designer and writer for more than a decade.
