Introduction

Hi! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and certified in Perinatal Mental Health. I am passionate about working with women and girls navigating life transitions; partners and children of military and first responders; women who are pregnant, postpartum, or experiencing infertility or loss; those asking big questions around self-identity; parents seeking to increase connection with their children; and supporting those navigating challenges within their relationships. I am a trauma-informed therapist and work from a person-centered, family systems therapeutic orientation, and pull from additional approaches as the dynamic relationship unfolds in the room to create a safe space for vulnerability and growth. My goal is to help you learn how to connect with yourself, listen to the cues your body is giving you, hear your intuition, and give you skills to manage symptoms that are blocking this connection from self. You are the expert in your own life, and I am here to walk alongside you to process old wounds and help you navigate your life with authenticity. We'll work together so that you feel anchored to who you are and build confidence around choices that challenge your growth and bring you closer to feeling more fully you.
