I specialize in working with adult women in midlife and beyond, who are often asking, 'who am I now?' and 'what's next?' My clients come to me for support with life transitions and shifting roles, relationship and marriage challenges, a sense of disconnection from themselves and others, unresolved family-of-origin patterns, and lingering anxiety and low mood. Together, we create space to explore those questions and find clarity and confidence.
