Hi, I’m Jamie Rose, LMFT & Biblical Counselor. I believe that no one should have to navigate life’s hardest seasons alone. Whether you’re facing relationship struggles, personal challenges, or feeling stuck in patterns you can’t quite name, I offer a steady, thoughtful space to help you move forward. I know how difficult it can be to ask for help—so I work to make the therapy process as clear and approachable as possible. Humor, honesty, and genuine care are all part of how I show up in the room. I collaborate with my clients, drawing on their strengths as we navigate the challenges they’re facing together. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I work from a systemic and integrative lens, which means we’ll look not just at what’s happening internally, but also how your relationships, history, and environment are shaping your experience. I work with individuals, couples, and families—and you don’t have to be married or come as a traditional family to benefit from this work. My background includes a master’s degree in Biblical Counseling and postgraduate training in Marriage and Family Therapy. I’m able to integrate faith into our work when it’s meaningful to you, and I also work with clients who are wrestling with their beliefs or who prefer a non-faith-based approach. In addition to my clinical work, I’m involved in training and supervising therapists, which continues to shape and deepen how I care for the people I work with. At the core, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, known, and supported as you move toward growth and healing. Reaching out can feel like a big step—if you’re considering it, you don’t have to have it all figured out. I’m happy to start with you one step at a time.
