Introduction

Life has a way of bringing unexpected challenges that can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about the future. My passion for counseling grew from witnessing the incredible resilience of people who, with the right support, were able to move from surviving to truly thriving. Throughout my own personal and professional journey—as a high school teacher, fitness coach, mental health case manager, therapist, business owner, and mother—I've seen firsthand that healing is possible when people feel genuinely heard, understood, and equipped with practical tools for change. As a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with over 15 years of experience, I specialize in working with adults (18+) experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, parenting challenges, divorce, relationship difficulties, and faith or spiritual questions. I provide secure telehealth counseling to clients throughout Minnesota, making quality mental health care accessible wherever you are. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and trauma-informed care. Rather than offering quick fixes, I work alongside you to understand the root of your struggles, identify your strengths, and develop practical strategies that create lasting change. For those who desire it, I also offer faith-informed counseling that thoughtfully integrates Christian beliefs into the therapeutic process. Whether you're navigating a difficult season, processing past experiences, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, my goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can gain clarity, build resilience, and move forward with confidence. I believe healing is not about becoming someone different—it's about discovering the strength, hope, and purpose that have been there all along. Together, we'll work toward meaningful, lasting change so you can live with greater peace, confidence, and resilience.
