Introduction

I'm Jamie Snook, LMFT, and I have been licensed since 2014. I specialize in OCD therapy using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). I aim to help clients understand how OCD works, and how to respond to intrusive thoughts with more confidence and less fear. My approach is compassionate, practical, and structured. Together we will work to reduce compulsions, tolerate uncertainty, and reconnect with the parts of life OCD has interrupted. Through telehealth therapy, I provide specialized support for clients and families who are ready to take meaningful steps toward lasting change.
